For Satispay’s multi-channel campaign “No More Painment - The End of Discomfort”, developed by Dude in their first collaboration with the brand, I worked on the client side as Creative Director Consultant within Satispay’s internal creative team, leading the creative direction and ensuring strategic consistency from concept to final execution.
The campaign stems from a simple but powerful insight: paying often carries subtle social discomfort — who pays on a first date? How do you ask a friend to send money back? What if you only have to pay one euro and no cash?
By positioning Satispay as the tool that eliminates these everyday frictions, the campaign brings to life the brand claim “People Paying People,” transforming transactions into seamless human interactions.
Rolled out across multiple channels, the project strengthened Satispay’s positioning as a brand that simplifies not only payments, but the relationships behind them.
